Unfortunately, their customer service has been extremely disappointing. The support team is rude, unempathetic, and doesn’t seem to care whether you continue using their service or leave. On top of that, transfers are often much slower than expected. While the exchange rates are excellent, the poor customer support and delayed money transfers make the overall experience frustrating.
