Every time I used to send max limit amount. So far all was good. But I see they deployed staging app in production, or may be AI writing code. Now I’m afraid that what if this blunder corrupted db or anything. And why does it asks me to “Sign Up”, instead of Sign In, when I tap on “Continue with Email”? Why do I need to add my Personal Information, again? SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOUR!!!!! I have concerns about the safety and security of my added bank account. This is a major downside and I hope CROBO corrects it quickly. ### 2/5 — The app crashed and rates are a scam *2026-05-19, version 1.76* I was showed 96.63 rupee per dollar and after transaction I see that I was given 95.51 rupee on the dollar. The app crashed after sending my first transaction. As I was reading the reviews, people are right about wanting to know too much info. It was weird they asked for receivers home address. Suspicious the app crashed after the first transaction raises concern over the platforms privacy. In one of my cases, they even changed the date of delivery after one or two days of transaction start date. They failed two times in a row to complete the transaction on time . Unfortunately, their customer service has been extremely disappointing. The support team is rude, unempathetic, and doesn’t seem to care whether you continue using their service or leave. On top of that, transfers are often much slower than expected. While the exchange rates are excellent, the poor customer support and delayed money transfers make the overall experience frustrating. There is no intimation about this before you initiate the transaction. However, it has now been 6 days and I still have not received my money. Sometimes the dollar amount and the conversion doesn’t show right, sometimes it shows success and failed for same transaction. It keeps sending multiple same failure emails for succeeded transactions as well and that is a mess.
