I got the app a while ago so I could convert written patterns to a chart as I have dyslexia. But the YouTube video is 4 years old and there has been no improvement since. The version of the software I have is different to the one in the video so I cannot even use it to work out the app.

It has been quite some time since I downloaded this app, I had hoped that it had been updated since I first downloaded but not the case, there has been no support at all, the few videos on YouTube is an older version of this app so it’s no longer useful in helping with this version of the app.

It’s very unfortunate that there is no feature to flip shapes horizontally or vertically. I just purchased the pro version, but since it lacks the feature to flip the feature..I think I will have to request a refund

I found this app difficult to use. Positioning the symbols on the gridlines was a frustrating exercise. Every time I tapped the screen, more symbols would appear which had to be deleted.

The app did not enable me to make a simple granny square chart or linear double crochet chart because the symbols could not be placed where they needed to be.

This app is simply not as versatile as I hoped that it would be.

The symbols on a crochet chart need to be placed quite specifically for the chart to be read in place of written instructions and this app is not flexible enough to do this.

Lots of great possibilities but if you don’t know how to use it what good is it.  I even got the full version hoping it would have help on how to use, but it did not. Some directions given, non verbal but unless you know what they are doing it’s useless. The possibilities are fantastic. Wish I could figure out how it works. YouTube videos no help as no vocalizations so it’s impossible to understand what is happening. Very disappointed

This app is SO flawed, glitchy, and overpriced. It takes forever to create a chart because the functions are so poorly designed. When you try to save your charts, the pieces move and change. I tried contacting support and received no response. Don’t waste your money.

I’m stunned at the attention to detail. It does everything I wanted. I was struggling with a written out granny square pattern so I went looking for a program to help me translate it into a chart. This program is exactly what I needed. There is a learning curve and I need to check out the YouTube channel but I’m beyond delighted with everything this app can do!

I love this app. I suspect the low reviews are lack of knowledge for crochet chart mapping. I have always laboured drawing the maps by hand. This type of chart, I think not around when I was young, is a life saver. I'm mildly dyslexic, and this has saved my struggle with written instructions.

What great timing that this app has come out! I have hundreds of patterns to chart and this has been excellent! The only requests I have so far is that there be a way to snap to guides or align vertical or horizontal selections of symbols to each other, like if I put different symbols in a row, I can select them all and top-align them or bottom-align them or distribute them evenly, like you can with objects in photoshop. Also, that you could change out only a limited selection of symbols instead of all of the same symbols in the whole project. Like, if I want to turn some hdc into sc, but not ALL of the hdc in the whole chart. Thanks!

People play games on their phones all the time, but for an avid crocheter like me, this is WAY better than any game. It takes a couple of minutes to learn how to use it (watching the YouTube tutorial videos is very helpful) but overall I find it very intuitive and easy to use. One suggestion I have is that the developers build in preset grids dividing the space into with 3, 4, 5 6, 8, 10 or 12 equal sectors around a center point, since most crochet patterns in the round are built on one of those multiples.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your review! The next version will have more options for the initial guides (including a spiral). And a new tool to quickly add symbols placed in a circle.

This program is really great idea. The designer needs to go back and do a few tweaks on the program. Some suggestions from the peanut gallery when you decide to copy an item have it not put it directly in with the other items I haven’t set it outside the area. Also you need to be able to make a round pattern that is in a square which this one cannot do you also need an area for easier manipulation of the program such as moving the screen you have to use two fingers all the time and it doesn’t always react to fingers no I’ve only been able to make one pattern that was a very simple pattern to crochet it took me four hours to put it into the program.
