Every time I open the app and start shopping I always encounter a hiccup. Finally after shopping for quite a while I go to my cart and the cart says “empty”. I know that’s definitely not the case. This happens almost every time I use the app. To the point that I end up just going to the site on my browser. Or sometimes I go to a specific item on the app and it says “oops item not found”. This happens everytime. For context I have bought crocs about 26 days ago and I’ve been trying to return them for 2 weeks. They say you need an order number but when you use the RIGHT order number it comes up as not found even though I can see the order through the account. The live chat is useless aswell as it only sends out automated responses so it won’t help you and the number they gave you to ring if they’re are any problems come up as “you can’t ring because you have no credit” I have unlimited calls so I should have enough but it’s Becuase they have given a fake number. When you type in a code for a discount it says it’s not correct even though it is and surely isn’t expired. Anytime you add anything to your cart it goes blank and says “oops try again” and then won’t let you do anything. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, it’s honestly annoying.
