It has replaced my subscription to Quicken Simplifi at no extra cost. Under the “Manage My Money” tab I have all of my Croghan accounts and credit cards listed including transactions and balances. I also pay my bills with no fees. ### 1/5 — No follow through *2026-04-29, version 25.2.102.1* I accumulated late fees during a time that I was unable to log into my on line account due to a change Croghan was making and was told they would be erased. Making payments during that time was difficult and living out of state made matters worse. Beyond the fact that it took several weeks of calls/emails to get help paying my car note, my late fees are still on my account. I have called a couple times regarding this and each time I’m told it will get taken care of but hasn’t. ### 1/5 — Fees *2026-04-22, version 25.2.102.1* It is absolutely ridiculous to charge fees on accounts with balances over $100. Just a rip off!!!!! ### 2/5 — Update caused issues *2026-03-23, version 25.2.102.1* My app off and on keeps telling me my password is incorrect when it’s correct and some days it accepts it and other days it doesn’t. I also don’t enjoy the display of the new app and where accounts are located. ### 3/5 — Weird online entery *2026-03-11, version 25.2.102.1* This new version is confusing first there in the entery for the amount taken then it’s listed added on. ### 1/5 — The worst *2026-03-05, version 25.2.102.1* This app is awful since the update. Nothing works. Paying a bill is a hassle. ### 1/5 — New mobile app *2026-03-03, version 25.2.102.1* The new mobile app sucks. It makes it difficult for someone that has a disability with reading. My son has a lot of difficulty with reading and all the new steps in the app have him very upset. ### 2/5 — Please return your app to its prime. *2026-02-28, version 25.2.102.1* I’ve been with this bank as long as I could remember and have always had the app. I never had any issues with logging in, my password, or my user information until this recent update. Even with my password written down on paper and in my notes it won’t let me log in and requires me to reset my password every time I wish to access my information. To top it all off the ‘remember me’ and the ‘face Id’ buttons no longer work. Please fix your app, this is ridiculous and there should be no reason for me to be unable to log into MY information just to check on my account. Deeply disappointing for a bank I trusted so deeply before this update. ### 1/5 — Horrible app! *2026-02-23, version 25.2.102.1* App is always down! ### 5/5 — System Update *2026-02-18, version 25.2.102.1* This update forced me to change login information and delayed my social security deposit, I called waiting 25 minutes for a operator for them to tell me it is their fault my deposit is held up and to call back if it hasn’t been resolved before end of business today.
