Even with my password written down on paper and in my notes it won’t let me log in and requires me to reset my password every time I wish to access my information. To top it all off the ‘remember me’ and the ‘face Id’ buttons no longer work. Please fix your app, this is ridiculous and there should be no reason for me to be unable to log into MY information just to check on my account. Deeply disappointing for a bank I trusted so deeply before this update. ### 2/5 — Not great *2025-06-02, version 24.2.50* Literally works every other time. Making payments during that time was difficult and living out of state made matters worse. Beyond the fact that it took several weeks of calls/emails to get help paying my car note, my late fees are still on my account. I have called a couple times regarding this and each time I’m told it will get taken care of but hasn’t. ### 1/5 — Fees *2026-04-22, version 25.2.102.1* It is absolutely ridiculous to charge fees on accounts with balances over $100. It has replaced my subscription to Quicken Simplifi at no extra cost. Under the “Manage My Money” tab I have all of my Croghan accounts and credit cards listed including transactions and balances. I also pay my bills with no fees. ### 5/5 — System Update *2026-02-18, version 25.2.102.1* This update forced me to change login information and delayed my social security deposit, I called waiting 25 minutes for a operator for them to tell me it is their fault my deposit is held up and to call back if it hasn’t been resolved before end of business today.
