Wasn't sure at first, but decided to give them a shot. Big fan of co-working spaces and their selection of choices (only NYC for now) were nice. No issues finding a spot and I like their monthly rate. Price is reasonable and it comes with perks. Guess you'll never know until you try? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — You’ll lose money *2026-03-06* This app is a wrapper for ‘Find a co working space around me’ on Google Maps. Every single workspace I checked into was cheaper by just walking through the door per hour: on top, they employ sneaky canceling and some shady ‘pause’ mechanism clearly designed to have you continue paying - stay away. ### 1/5 — You will lose money, don’t use. *2026-03-06* The app has a very sneaky model and shady pause / cancellation options. I have been to working spaces with this app who just let you buy a day pass - This app is essentially a glorified google search for ‘co-working space around me’ COMPLETELY not worth it. ### 1/5 — Deceptive billing, no customer support *2024-08-19* They’ll bill you for months without sending you any account updates or statements to let you know the membership is still active! And guess what, they don’t respond to customer service requests or answer their phone. They provide no notification at the end of the trial period that they're going to charge your card, however. If the plans were actually valuable enough to users, they wouldn't need to do this. ### 2/5 — Sucky business model *2022-07-28, version 2.10.7* You lose all your hours if you cancel and can only take a break for so long. In my hometown less and less good spaces are on the app. Used to be better. The only use case I see is if you’re close to a coworking space that you rarely want to use. For traveling it doesn’t really work since for many cities there are too few places on Croissant. And if you start the subscription in one city and then move you lose all the hours if you cancel ### 2/5 — Too early for CC number *2017-05-06* Signed up for the app and asked for credit card number during onboarding. I love the flexibility to be able to use plenty cowork spaces and the price is fair, 120 hours for 150 euros = 1,25 eúro / h. It’s so convenient. I travel a lot and need to pop into various spaces to take meetings, print files or meet with my clients. This app has also made it very convenient for me to grow my client base in multiple areas due to the convenience of meeting with them in their location. I would give this 10 stars if I could. I really appreciate it and it distinguishes them. I really like that croissant is on hourly basis because it means I can pop in and out of different location with ease based on my schedule that day.
