Other than that this is a great app, I was able to crop my video just fine and add a background underneath it. That way if I moved the video over, you can see the part of the picture underneath it. I understand that the devs need revenue, but yeah, don’t use if you don’t want to be forced to spend money. After a while of using the app, the ads that I watched put the “x” to get out of the ad in a spot that was blocked buy something; for example, another fake “x” or the time on the top of my XR. Because of this I couldn’t close the ad to get the newly cropped video in my camera roll. Very disappointing. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review!! Worked perfectly. Tried recently, and uploaded video and it didn’t provide any editing tools to work on video, so now useless. ### 1/5 — They took my money and cancelled my subscription *2021-12-28, version 1.8.6* My free trial lapsed and I was charged for a year long subscription. I cancelled my subscription and did not receive a refund, which is understandable, but my subscription was cancelled and I did not even receive the year I paid for. I emailed for help but no response. I want a refund! ### 1/5 — Terrible adjustment snap, can’t preview must go back and forth. *2021-01-26, version 1.8.4* PLEASE READ B4 U BUY. I don’t know how you miss something like previewing. You can't even see what the video is going to look like unless you save it. In "Photos" when you crop an image, it performs the crop and zoomed in and you see the result and you can edit from there. This is even more frustrating because of issue 2: Which is that there is a conservative snap feature, when you try to drag the cropping margins it doesn't move fluidly like in "Photos" , it is rigid, (in case you don't know what a snap means, it doesn't move the margin unless you move the margin by a certain amount). The snap is 3 pixels, but sometimes 2. You can’t set the margin to 625 for instance. It also doesn't move unless you move at a certain speed, so if you're trying to carefully crop something precisely, then you can’t because you have to quickly move your finger ON TOP of the snap feature. This makes trying to crop both margins carefully if you have to do both even harder. All these 3 things put together, ON top of ads before adding and saving a video, AND having multiple ads play at the same time bugging it out making you open back up and watch more ads without even being able to preview make this app ridiculously annoying and insufficient. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review!!We really appreciate your support and it’s extremely motivating to read!
