可以加个目录的功能吗

太过简单，基本处于没法用状态。没有缩进，ui界面对手机机型适配不完整，epub更是导入慢，无格式，甚至没有目录，太过极简即为不完善！

**Developer response:** 最新版本已经支持mobi 和 epub格式的目录了，导入也改为异步导入避免卡死了。排版效果依赖原文件的排版，后面我尽可能优化一下。机型适配没有做自动化，当前可以先手动调整边距。
