I never get push alerts when the camera detects movement, And , YES, all my settings are correct in both the cameras and my phone!

The developer admitted on the phone that he was more familiar with google apps and was just learning about the iPhone.

The app. Is buggy and frequently needs to be completely quit to get back to a functional state.

**Developer response:** Our developer was very surprised to learn he had said something like this to a customer 😂. We will do a better job of keeping him locked in the engineering wing.

I really love working with this company! This company has honest owners that really have sought to make it their goal to make my experience of buying there product easy and affordable. If I ever have a concern they are right there helping me solve it and making sure that I understand how to work there product. I’m not what you call technical savvy but working with them it has been easy to understand how to work with this product because they are there for me step by step! I would recommend it to anyone just for these reasons!

We got the camera and I love it. I wasn’t sure how to set it all up, I am not good with technology, but they were so helpful in making sure I was taking care of. I love when you can find a company with quality products and who treat you with kindness.

My alarm company got me set up with these cameras and I love them. The pan and tilt camera is very responsive and makes it easy to check on my kids and even talk to them while I’m at work.
