안녕하세요? 크로스를 최근에 이용하기 사작했습니다. 필리핀에 직원들 급여를 정기적으로 송금하기 때문에 이전부터 사용해오던 앱이 있었습니다. 환율이라든지 안정성 등을 비교할 수 밖에 없어서 한동안 비교만 했었는데 몇번 사용해보니 크로스가 확실히 저렴하고 환율 적용도 좋네요. 
대신,  처음 시작화면에서 송금을 누르면 중국부터 시작되는데, “수취방법선택”이 먼저 나타납니다. 거기서 방법을 하나 눌러야 해당창이 닫혀서 다른 나라를 선택할 수 있어요. 이부분 잘 해결해주시면 감사하겠습니다. 
전체적으로 서비스 아주 만족합니다. 감사합니다

일단 다른어플사용하다 몇달전부터 사용하기 시작했는데 매일 포인트받아 포인트로 수수료없이 해외송금도 가능해 만족하며 또한 가끔 다른송금어플은 딜레이되는 경우가 있는데 크로스는 늦어도 1~2안에는 송금완료 문자가옵니다 아마 도 받는분들은 더 빨리 도착했다는 말도 하더군요 현재 만족하며 사용중입니다 단! 단점이 잇다면 포인트 몇일까지 사용가능하다 날짜가 나와잇는데 그 날짜는 빠지는 날이니 참고하시길.. 마약 7월20일까지 사용가능이라고하지만 7월20일 빠지는날인것같더군요 참고하시길 바랍니다

여태 e*** 다른 어플 쓰다 우연히 알게되어 갈아탔는데 이게 뭐람..수수료가 일단 비교적 저렴한데 첫 몇회는 포인트 선물받아 수수료없이 그것도 5분이내 처리가 되서 1차 깜놀… 그걸 누린건 아니엇는데 가입선물도 받게되고 채팅봇 문의시 답변도 빨랏음 참고로 전 몽골에 송금하고 있고 전에 그렇게 복잡하게 송금햇다는게 이제는 얼굴인식만으로 10초컷✨
