I’m able to make payments, transfers, and payroll with my phone while on the go. The staff at Sterlington Cross Keys has been so supportive while teaching me this process. As with all business a Bad, Diseased “apple” can RUIN a business reputation, this “Apple” prefers to be called GEORGE! He is Condescending, Demeaning, Sexist, feels his position entitles him to “Above Reproach”. He was caught LYING to myself and another customer. I have NEVER encountered a “Banker” who yells & Incessantly Speaks over a customer while I’m trying to take care of business ... as he told me “He DOESNT Care” of my situation, as “Excuses are Pathetic”. Excuses weren’t being offered. EXPLANATIONS were. His stance is Stark Difference from an Already Agreed up arrangement. NEVER have I had a bad experience. The employees are always willing to help with a smile on their face. They work double time if ever you might think something is off with your account. The loan department will always do their best to get you the best loan.
