A significant shortcoming, though, is with the Endless Play mode. The options are Continue or New. If you inadvertently hit New, you wipe out your entire progress you had going. There is no message asking you to confirm that you really want to completely start over. Given that the game becomes progressively more difficult as you continue through the endless play mode, it really sucks that you have to completely start over.
