Absolutely useless - you cannot book a journey in advance and there appear to be no scheduled journeys at all! A feeble excuse for cutting public buses

Pretty bad app. It would not display my ticket and the bus driver got cross. Turned out I didn’t even need it as you can just tap a card! There was no info on this at the bus stop.

Pathetic attempt to replace a shocking bus service with a taxi

Try to sign up? That’s a complere waste of time.
           Forgot your password. If you try inserting your
           phone number the number of spaces is restricted
            to Ten .try again omitting the leading zero and a symbol
           will appear preventing this.   So a link is unobtainable
            Entry  via a valid password is prevented    Go have nice
            people working there such a shame

completely unnecessary and they may as well bring back regular bus services, needs an option to book further in advance, no option to add bus passes directly in the app which has led to me getting grief from drivers.

Really bad app one day they will say they are working in one Area and then the next day they are not working in there I booked one from Orpington to tunbridge and then it didn’t cam as it seemed out of the Area wen it was on the map and then they Took it off but Took my money for the cab

Great flexible service. A lifeline in our area with a very poor regular bus service.

I’ve found this to be absolutely great. 

You can get private and shared rides and ride the scheduled bus as well all via the uber-style app, with expected pick up times and live tracking of your ride. 

So far my shared rides have all been on a small bus and noone else has got on (great for covid distancing even if someone did get on). 

The pricing is great compared to a taxi - less than half the cost.

Unlike taxi apps I’ve used, the time it says it will arrive has been extremely accurate, almost unbelievably so.

Drivers have been friendly and helpful.

Overall I’m super impressed and hope the service continues. Never expected to see an app this good in a small town.
