All the features of this program seem great, however after setting it up and attempting to import my logbook I was unable to get anything to work. I submitted 2 help tickets (one for logbook import, and the other for “autopilot” ACARS auto log) and received no response after a week. Fortunately I cancelled before my free trial was over.
