## What is Crosscheck?

Crosscheck helps U.S. pilots keep their FAA medical on track. Start with free tools that look up what the FAA has published, then keep your own records, dates and reminders in one place.

CHECK A MEDICATION (free)
Search a medication by brand or generic name and see what the FAA has published about it: its FAA status, any wait before flying, and what the Guide says the examiner needs. Every answer names its FAA source and date.

CHECK A CONDITION (free)
Look up a medical condition in plain language. See the FAA's possible pathways, such as examiner can issue, CACI, AASI or Special Issuance, and what the Guide says the examiner needs, with links to the FAA source. Your answers narrow what applies; anything that depends on an answer you have not given stays in view.

FIND AN EXAMINER (free)
Search every aviation medical examiner the FAA lists, by town, ZIP or doctor's name, with a filter for HIMS examiners. Read reviews from other pilots, published without names.

MY FAA MEDICAL (free)
Enter your class and exam date, and Crosscheck works out when each class of your privileges ends, using the FAA's rules in 14 CFR 61.23. A free reminder email arrives on the first of the month your privileges end.

MY RECORDS (Plus and Pro)
Keep your doctor visits, medications and medical documents in one place, ready for your exam. Scan a paper document with the camera. Your records are encrypted, and they are available on your signed-in devices and on crosscheckmed.com.

REMINDERS (Plus and Pro)
Set reminders for any date, such as your next exam or a report that is due, by email or as alerts on your iPhone or iPad.

MY MEDXPRESS PROFILE (Plus and Pro)
Keep your answers for MedXPress ready. Crosscheck can open MedXPress inside the app and fill in the answers you saved. You review every page and submit it yourself.

CERTIFICATION ASSISTANT (Pro)
For a condition that needs FAA review or a Special Issuance, a checklist of what the FAA's documents list, kept with your records and built into a submission packet you prepare yourself.

PLANS
The FAA tools and your medical dates are free. Plus and Pro add your own records and more. They are billed through your Apple account and renew automatically until you cancel in Settings.

INDEPENDENT OF THE FAA
Crosscheck is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Federal Aviation Administration. It quotes the FAA's published documents and names each one. Crosscheck is a record-keeping and reference tool, not medical advice, and it does not predict how the FAA or an examiner will decide. Your examiner and the FAA decide.
