This happens very frequently. Unreliable ### 1/5 — Photo capture functionality *2024-12-02* Dark background and Move closer to check are completely dysfunctional, as is trying to coax app to arrive at Manual mode — and the bank IT folks are incapable of fixing these problems. “D-“ grade. I love the bank, but it isn’t conveniently located for my family. If the app isn’t fixed soon so that I can start making mobile deposits again, I will be looking for another bank. We have 6 personal accounts and 6 business accounts with CFB.
