The work outs were tough in the beginning, still is at times because I vape. But the instructor, Wayne is extremely helpful and Cindee makes the registration simple and she’s very helpful as well. I finally feel like I’m getting a good workout in. This app makes scheduling my days easy and it works with my busy schedule. Highly recommend CrossFit IQ!
