## What is CrossFit Land Warrior FitrusM?

The CrossFit Land Warriors Fitrus solution is the best solution to manage coaches and members.
Any coaches and members can enroll themselves in "The CrossFit Land Warriors Fitrus" by app or web.
If members update the status of their mission, coaches can know how many members did complete the mission well with relevant statistics.

If each member installs the smartphone app, they can receive the mission and message from coaches directly. And they can use Fitrus health management solution for checking the nutrition, body composition, and walking conditions.

We provide this service through smartphone app, tablet app, and web. All data is going to be saved in our Cloud Server safely.

With this solution, CrossFit Land Warriors can use the portable body composition analyzer 'Fitrus Plus'.

This device is a pocket-sized analyzer that measures and analyzes your body composition anytime, anywhere. With consistent measurements, user can get the accurate health information.
The body fat, skin and object temperature, heart rate and oxygen saturation will be measured basically. In addition, you can measure skeletal muscle mass, body mass index, stress index, and basal metabolic rate.

Sharing: In the Same mission, members can share know-how and experiences.

Update Mission Status: Anytime and Anywhere, members can update the status of the mission. If they forget it, we will notify every night (10:00 PM) through the smartphone app.
In real-time, coaches can check the latest status through the tablet app or web.

10-sec of measuring time: Fitrus Plus is a smart device for measuring body composition. In CrossFit Land Warriors, members can measure body composition in only 5 sec.
