## What is CrossFit Rohkeus?

Established in 2017, CrossFit Rohkeus is located in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Just over 15,000 sq ft, CrossFit Rohkeus houses 150+ members, who come for the workouts and stay for the community. 

CrossFit Rohkeus, Affiliate owner and Vice President of Fitness at Gymlete, Nick Seiske, has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. That culminated in his life-defining passion to live healthy and help other do the same. Nick earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree from Carroll University in Exercise Science. Nick’s love for endurance sports is reflected in his many personal accomplishments including, completing over 20 marathons, a 50k ultra marathon, and an Ironman triathlon. Nick brings a scientific approach to programming, which is incorporated in custom-built workouts found in the CrossFit Rohkeus app. 

With the persuasion from her husband, Nick, and the help of spectating the Granite Games, Kasey Seiske began her CrossFit journey in 2018. Since then, she has earned her CF-L1 and both coaches and assists in programming for CrossFit Rohkeus. Kasey loves the CrossFit methodology, as she is also a licensed occupational therapist, which emphasizes the ability to maintain independence in activities of daily living throughout your life. Kasey earned two Bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology and Occupational Studies,  a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, and a Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders all from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Prior to CrossFit, Kasey was an avid runner, completing 7 marathons and countless number of half marathons.

Together, Nick and Kasey aspire to bring you custom-built workouts in the CrossFit Rohkeus app, and help you achieve your optimal fitness.
