The workers at the store make you sign in again and start over. It’s worthless. ### 1/5 — the app does not work. *2022-10-15* The application does not work because it is not connected to the store, I received a message from the application indicating that they would call me when it was my turn. I waited for two and a half hours in the store and they never called me, I asked when it would be my turn and all they did was apologize that they didn't have my name on the waiting list. Waste of time and bad service. Deleted the app and re-installed, was able to add myself. Now just reopened the app trying to add myself and there is no option for it. Tried deleting and downloading the app again but there is still no way to sign up. ### 1/5 — Can only look at stores and the waitlist. *2021-12-12, version 1.5.5* I only downloaded this app to join the waitlist but it only lets me stare at it. i dont need an app for that. don’t download this stupid app the developers are incompetent and obviously don’t know what they’re doing. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible design *2025-12-12* The UI on this app is absolutely awful. When you look at locations list only uses the street name and combines multiple states. So there is no “map view” option and you have to click each location to see the full address or even state. Then there’s an arrow “share” button on each location icon… why? When you do send something using it, it sends a pixelated “crossroads” logo thumbnail and the store hours. This app was designed by a student or someone who knows nothing about app design and important features.
