That defeats one of the mains the purposes of the app. ### 1/5 — Crash, delete app, reinstall, repeat *2022-01-13, version 1.0* This app crashes all the time. The only way I can get it to work again is to delete the app and reinstall it to my phone. I’ve done this so many time now that I’ve lost count. Either no classes available appears or if they do a message appears to retry later. This is a recent problem that started about a month or so ago. There have been several updates to the operating system on my phone. I’m wondering if the app is having incompatibility issues and needs an update. ### 2/5 — Group classes don’t load *2025-03-02, version 1.5* I love the Y and attending the classes they have. However the app can be frustrating! I often have to close and re-open the app several times before a class will prompt the ‘booking’ feature. Sometimes no classes will appear and it will suggest changing a filter. Which I have no filters on, meaning all classes should load. Or it will show the class but again the booking icon does not appear. Sharing this info, hoping this issues could be resolved. I have looked for updates and reinstalled the app trying to improve the issues but it happens 90% of the time. ### 3/5 — App is wonky *2025-03-17, version 1.5* The app seems to be working better now but for a couple months it was hard to schedule classes without the app needing to be force closed and MULTIPLE tries to even get certain pages to populate. I have had to try and bypass errors with booking classes by just continuously pressing the button until it approved the request to book classes.
