I was told by customer service that I would have to subscribe to the magazine again in order to see my previous downloads. This is theft! ### 1/5 — Theft *2018-02-07* Cannot restore purchases. IF NOT, THEY SHOULD BE SINCE IT IS OUR MONEY THEY ARE TAKING!! ### 1/5 — Totally disappointing *2017-08-11* The graphics are so beautiful, but the app just doesn't work. It doesn't recognise your subscriptions, you can't download your purchases, and the customer relationship of the app and pixer magazine is horrible. They simply ignore your requests, telling you to reset your password over and over. Better to buy the paper magazine if you have access to it, which is not my case, as i live in Brazil. ### 1/5 — Doesn't show what you paid for *2017-08-10* I paid for a year-long digital subscription. So far, I'm not able to view anything that I've paid for. I've contacted support with no response. I rebooted my iPad, still the app wouldn’t open so I deleted the app and reinstalled only to find the magazines I had purchased, through my Apple account, have gone and when I tap on the reload purchases bought through Apple NOTHING happens. There was a glitch with the update where past issues weren’t visible; however, the company worked quickly to resolve the issue. Within a few days all the issues were visible again AND it works with pocketmags so I can view my subscription online as well as on my iPad. Great job resolving the glitch! Works seamlessly! ### 5/5 — Worst app ever *2018-11-06* I subscribed and was able to see my magazines by logging into my account with my email address on the app. Now the app updated and it’s asking me for a customer number which I don’t have. I contacted customer service and they sent me to contact apple. Apple says I won’t see the magazines I paid for unless I subscribe again. You can enlarge the charts and don't need to carry multiple magazines around. ### 3/5 — iPad horizontal *2019-06-26* I wish when using my iPad that it would show two pages side by side ### 2/5 — Good and bad ........ *2019-03-27* There are good points to this app such as access to past copies of the magazine and the facility to share favourite articles, patterns etc. However there is one very big flaw the latest edition does not automatically download when it is published. This leads to frustration and disappointment for the customer who is eagerly anticipating the new material especially as it takes several days for customer services to sort out the problem with the relevant department before the edition is eventually downloaded. Also some of the features mentioned in the ‘in app tour’ are not available on the app - at least not on mine. Hopefully the publishers technical team will look to rectifying these issues as soon as possible. ### 2/5 — No longer available and tech support doesn't help. *2015-08-12* This e-mag experienced some problems with an issue. They told subscribers to email if they could not download. I emailed twice and posted on their Facebook. A week later still no response from anyone. When I go into manage subscription, it shows no longer available.
