I had reached level 976 and the game changed to winning red jewels and not progressing through additional levels. After yesterday’s upgrade, the game returned to levels but when you tap on the level the game goes to another screen that will not let you play. All you get is the ability to watch videos to allow obtaining hints quicker. Which it doesn’t. Please fix the problems and explain, in detail what has been fixed and/or upgraded. Minor bug fixes tell us nothing. Update as of November 21st. I did reach out to the support team and they fixed my problem within days of contacting them. I also referred another issue to them and again, they are working on it.
