I don't know who wrote the word clues, but they must be medicated or from a place where English is not spoken 
For example.. 4 letter word for 'woman of breeding and authority'.  The answer?   Lady. 
Cruddy game.

Misspelt clues bloody annoying and I paid for this.

In every day’s game there will be at least one word and clue that do not really match in meaning in correct English.
If your crosswords are based on English as it is spoken colloquially in your region then there is nothing more I can say.

Facile d'utilisation, c'est la meilleure application de mots croisés, à date.
Un bouton vert "suivant", en bas à droite, serait pratique pour changer de mot.

The only thing I would add is the option to lock the puzzle vertical or horizontal. I do them in bed laying down so it keeps flipping

I really enjoy this crossword app, it's totally free and has unlimited puzzles.  You can customise your puzzles so that you can decide which topics are included and how difficult the clues are.

I'd give a standing ovation to the developers of this app, if they were capable of watching me do so! They deserve an award for their effort!
   This app has a plethora of setting options- more than I've ever been privy to on an IOS app - to allow for the most customized game ever. 
   You may set your preference for the language, font and puzzle size /style, the intelligence level, the topics, and many more options. 
   You have the ability to change the settings before each game (you may also do so within a game, but some changes may prompt a notification that the game will be restarted-naturally). 
   There are absolutely no ads (I could cry, I'm so happy!), all the features work, perfectly, and it's aesthetically beautiful. 
  This is one of the few apps (out of a metric ton) that I'm so proud to have purchased. 
   Thank you!
