The quotes are interesting, and my problem solving skills run wild trying to find answers to the clues to crack the quote. The available hints keep me sane when the going gets rough. If you have never played them they are better than regular crosswords. Try the free ones they, do a good job. Check out their website. If you uninstall it, then reinstall it, it will return, but it will go blank again. It’s junk. They're well chosen quotes from a wide range of literature. I love it when I solve one. I just wish I could access them when I want to. When I open the app, in only about 30% of instances does it open successfully to a crostic. The rest of the time it crashes. Please can we have some UK compilers (no offence intended). Some of them are pretty tough, and I have to ask the Internet, but then I do my best to remember and voilà… I’ve learned something new! Here’s a quick tip for those of you who have finished them and want to start again. Just uninstall then reinstall the app. When it prompts you to buy puzzles, click already purchased and you can restore them, blank and ready to go again. ### 5/5 — Challenging, but great layout! *2022-04-18* I love that I can see the clues and the puzzle at the same time and the size is easy to read. For some reason, I couldn't buy the new puzzles on my old downloaded version even though I updated it, so I had to download another copy. Since it's free, that's not a big problem. Anyway, I have loved doing crostics for many years, and was very pleased to find an app for them.
