## What is Crow?

Some days you want to type. Some days you want to write it out by hand with a pen. Crow lets you do both — in the same entry, in whatever order the day comes out.

Write a paragraph. Sketch under it. Keep writing. Add the photo you took at lunch, the song that was on, and where you were standing. Then get on with your evening.

Crow reads your handwriting too, entirely on your iPhone or iPad, so searching finds the words you wrote with a pen — not just the ones you typed. Nothing is uploaded at all: your journal lives on your device and in your own private iCloud account, and there are no accounts and no ads.

I absolutely love the app! The only reason I'm not giving it a 5-star rating is that when I type on a physical keyboard and press enter/return, the entry ends unexpectedly. There's no option to change this setting, which I hope gets addressed in the next update. I really appreciate the promts as they challenge my thinking, and I value the app's strong emphasis on privacy. Thank you for your hard work—keep it up! PS. I’m wondering if this is just an issue with the Logitec slim folio for the iPad.

I have been searching for a good journal app for a couple of years, they have all fallen short for one reason or another. To say I was skeptical that this would finally be the right app would be an understatement, however I can say that I was completely incorrect. This app has every feature I have been looking for AND it has diagnostics so you can analyze your mood over time. I’m in love!
