Such a fun game. Pretty much unplayable now. I could live with a 30sec ad after completion of each level, but they changed to make it an ad after each attempt as well. Too many ads now. Bye. I like that every level is solvable but some are really tricky. I don’t mind the optional ads for higher points or more lives and I often watch them. I reported the issue through in-game support, but haven’t received a response. On my level, the green bus is about to explode, even though there are no green passengers left and no empty bays. I’ve tried every move and used power-ups, but there’s no way to continue. I hope the developers can investigate and fix this. If it’s resolved, I’ll be happy to update my review. ### 1/5 — Predatory ads *2026-07-22* While I enjoyed playing it for a bit, I ended up deleting the game because of ads for this game on other games. It tricks you with the x to close it, and then opens up the game. However, I’m currently stuck on Level 2807, which appears to reach an unwinnable state. I’ve reported it through email and in-app support with screenshots showing countdown green vehicles remaining after all green passengers are gone, leaving no legal moves. This puzzle was updated without giving us clear information about what was changed or why. If you are going to make updates, they should be explained clearly and designed with the players’ benefit in mind. I have repeatedly tried contacting Rollic through the in-game chat, email, and their website, but have received no meaningful response. If a company provides a customer-support chat and other contact methods, customers should reasonably expect those channels to be monitored and answered—especially when reporting a problem with the game. Updates continue to be released, yet communication with customers who are asking for help appears to be ignored. I also explained that I had spent money trying to complete the level. Crowd Express states that all levels are supposed to be solvable, but there appears to be a bug with this level. I have not received any explanation, meaningful assistance, or solution despite giving support ample time to respond. I enjoyed the game before this happened, but the lack of customer support has been very disappointing.
