Also, no longer shows me once it’s how long the video is. And it is not play anymore if I go into other apps like it used to. I want to move forward to a different part of the video and it won’t let me. ### 3/5 — Needs lots of work *2024-12-30, version 6.0.9* I only use this app because I have to in order to attend my class that teaches on here. A year ago, it worked okay. A recent update has destroyed the interface. Links don’t work, the video scroll bar doesn’t work/is super buggy, and there are just countless other bugs that never used to be an issue before this update. I miss the app when it worked. Please improve this. ### 2/5 — Latest version “upgrade” is miserable *2024-12-14* The latest version has major delay on live stream, user has to open an event from the browser first because trying to open from the app from the “join by app” leads to a loading circle that does not actually load, lots of glitching, the app does not have the emoji color options, that are available in browser, and the Picture in Picture feature doesn’t work work. I hope the developers continue to work out the problems, but as of now, I use the app way less than before the latest version. I am willing to change my rating once it improves ### 2/5 — Version 6 not as user friendly *2024-12-02, version 6.0.5* I’m really not enjoying this update. Whenever I change the orientation, it brings my video all the way back to the beginning and when I try to drag the progress marker back to where I was, the elapsed time isn’t shown at the bottom anymore. Also if you accidentally touch anything, the video starts over from the beginning. It’s quite annoying. ### 3/5 — Issues with the new version *2024-11-30, version 6.0.5* Tried to report these iOS bugs but that failed every way I tried 🤷🏽 The video doesn’t keep playing when switching to another app or home screen The text size prevents the full video timer from showing on the screen. They force you to create an account to purchase a stream. There is no way to rewind the stream if you done in late and they force you to consent to share your email with the host AFTER you pay if you went to watch the stream YOU ALREADY PAID FOR. That’s getting reported to the FTC. ### 1/5 — AI Customer Service - Zero Resolution *2025-07-31, version 6.0.24* I signed up for this app to participate in a weekly class. It worked the first day & never again. Unable to reach a human for resolution. It doesn’t send information immediately between web version and the app. Nothing is saved. Search is impossible to find. Without fail, when I try to watch in the app, it will be a gray screen with a circle loading and it never goes to the event. I can watch it on my browser on my phone or the computer just fine. Additionally, if you don’t have time to listen to a 90 minute pod or video cast then there’s no way to save where you stop. Otherwise it’s mostly glitch free.
