CrowdLoom makes it easy to manage schedules and keep attendees informed and engaged at live events, festivals, conferences, and multi-stage productions. Attendees can view event schedules at no cost, select a stage, see what’s happening now and what’s coming next, and follow event timing in a clear, easy-to-read format. The Play section brings an interactive dimension to participating events. Attendees can complete challenges, join scavenger hunts, scan QR clues, earn points and badges, discover rewards, participate in community goals, and find event meetups—all based on the experiences made available by the organizer. Organizers can unlock CrowdLoom’s admin tools to manage event details, stages, sessions, schedule changes, attendee experiences, branding, and display settings—all in one place. Event owners can also invite and assign up to five assistants to help manage an event. Each assistant can be given specific permissions for event settings, schedule building and publishing, event metrics, attendee experiences, or live controls. Billing, event deletion, ownership transfers, and assistant management remain under the event owner’s control. Visual update - Event dashboard's session list, now acknowledges and displays workshop identifiers.
