We learned about the factors that influenced Gaudi’s design, which has shaped the architecture of the cathedral for over 100 years. The stained glass was gorgeous, even though we missed the peak time- try to go at 5pm. Then we got in a certain line that got us inside in about 5 minutes. The audio guide that we accessed on our phones was great. We would’ve been lost had we not had the guided tour. 100% recommend! Both of them were informative, convenient, and the tour guys were incredibly knowledgeable. Our guide, Bianca was very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Lots of interesting information. With the guided tour, they provide headphones, you can walk and listen very well. it was easy to navigate through the enormous crowds of the busy Colosseum and Foro Romano. He had us smiling and laughing the whole time. Sabbir was a great teammate ensuring everyone had everything they needed including wine and soda. The pizza and suppli were my 12 year old’s favorite foods in Italy and that’s saying quite a lot!! This class was a big highlight of our trip ### 5/5 — The Sagrada Família is magical *2026-03-24* Today we did a small group tour to the Sagrada Família which was absolutely magical. The Basilica defies words with its beauty and our tour director Eva was equally as spectacular. She took our small group on a truly priceless trip through the intricacies of Gaudi’s most famous work. The inside of the Sagrada Família is just as wonderful as the outside with its stained glass and the choir built above the main part of the church. This is a must see in Barcelona and Eva is the best tour director to get when there. ### 5/5 — Great tour *2026-03-22* My lady tour guide is funny and has such as good knowledge of the history of Vatican. She also show you some area that the other people don't have permission to go through! It stated on the paperwork to meet at a different location within the park first to exchange the voucher for the ticket and to then proceed to the gallery itself looking for crown tour guide with purple shirts. My family arrived early to spot 21 on the map. No one there. The tour guide from crown called asking our whereabouts on what’s app. They said we were to be at the gallery entrance. I said that’s not what the paperwork said. I asked if they could give us 5 minutes. We did not make in time. My kids almost threw up so hot. We had literally walked half mile out of our way!!! They went without us. Talked to crown operators. In purple at gallery!! The one lady guide agreed with me that there is a name on the signs by entrance that is identical to the voucher. Ugh! She understood the confusion. The male operator said to call crown customer service. No help! An email was sent hours before the tour that “superseded” the previous instructions!!!!! Not texted!!!!And had the meeting point to get tickets right at gallery!!! We did full circle.!!! Walked back and forth! Crown regretfully declined to refund any money! 250$ for 3 guided tickets!!!! Totally no empathy, no sympathy, canned email on their website with no refund!! Totally unprofessional! Zero customer service!! We went into the gallery and walked through so we got to see amazing artwork! But do NOT pay crown. Do not use this firm. Get tickets for 30$ each online. Cheap! Honestly though, Crown is a total total rip off ! And the best is they were given the voucher that shows they miscommunicated making us late. But admitted zero blame!!! Reaching out to Viator as well and our tour guide to not push this Borghese Crown tour ! She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information throughout the tour. Beyond that, she was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about everyone in the group. Despite the intense heat and the long lines, she kept the experience enjoyable from start to finish. She consistently checked in to make sure everyone was doing well, reminded us to stay hydrated, and made sure no one felt left behind. Her positive attitude and thoughtful care made a big difference and turned what could have been a challenging day into a wonderful experience. Thank you, Luisa, for making our tour so memorable. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about objects in the collection. We enjoyed the experience immensely.
