As a independent contractor we cannot see the load rates on the mobile app when dispatch sends a load so still we have to be in the truck at all time to receive & accept the load

I been trying to get back into login and it want let me I have tried  to re-register so now I am putting a new password and it keep saying error has occurrence try again later have did that and it’s still saying the samething this app is worthless it needs to be taken off it is making CRST looking bad I will tell my co drivers if you logout u can’t get back in 😡😡😡

I’ve used this app since it came out. It has become less stable, less useful, and more frustrating. I cannot even log into the app now after years of using it. They dropped off the load accept option, squelched the direct DM chat link, and the Touch ID option worked once which triggers a lockout. Glitchy and useless now. It represents the company and its current level of embarrassing incompetence quite well.

I’ve had to delete and reinstall this app a hundred times, still can’t access the payroll tab and now according to the app I no longer work for the company I work for!

Payroll tab won’t open to see pay stubs. I’m pretty sure they have to give us some form of pay stub. I miss being able to see and accept loads via the app. That was a good feature and it should be added back.

Just updated to the new version, there is absolutely nothing new about it. It claims it has touch ID loggout but there are no settings anywhere in the app for touch id. Still missing delete features under the load section.
