## What is Crude?

the front of the pack is advertising. the back is a list most people
can't read. we think you should know what's in it.

crude is independent food research. we read every ingredient on the
label, name it, and colour it: red for industrial, amber for refined,
green for real food. you get one score, 0–100, and a report card behind it.

crude is in Turkish, for products sold in supermarkets in Turkey.

no ads. no sponsorships. no brand deals that compromise what we publish.
subscriptions fund the research.

HOW IT WORKS

scan a barcode, or open a shelf. every shelf is ranked, best to worst.
tap a product — see exactly what we found. the score is the summary.
the ingredients are the proof.

WHAT YOU SEE
• every ingredient on the label, each named, each explained in a line
• a colour on each — red for industrial, amber for refined, green for real food
• one score, 0 to 100, and a report card across four measures
• a better product from the same shelf, with its score

HOW WE WORK

we judge from the printed label. what the label states, we read. what it
doesn't state, we don't guess — we say so.
