Example: I tired for 3 hours and could not get past the date of the18th in May 2020. On top of that, if you open to view a cruise and then close that cruise view, it starts you all over. If you go out of the app for more than 30 sec, it starts you all over. Most only allow you to search on embarkation port. Another star off, because when I repeat an identical search some of the cruises that appear the first time have disappeared. Was previously my go to app for all my cruise enquiries is no more. Whoever has stuffed around with this app, has stuffed it up completely. So frustrating! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work properly anymore *2025-11-26, version 8.9* Whatever changes was made has rendered the payment process unworkable! It was seamless at the beginning of 2025 when I booked 2 cruises via the app. But now, when I tried booking & making the payment online, it keeps rejecting my card, although it’s the same card I’ve used previously. There’s nothing wrong with my card, there’s something wrong with your app! Time. *2020-11-26, version 7.5* I would honestly love this app if it just didn’t crash. It’s the easiest and best cruise app to navigate I think. BUT it crashes when you want to search by destination. You probably think I’m over exaggerating when I say it crashes every time, well it I’m not... I’ve had this app on my phone for a couple of years now and when I first noticed it (about a year ago) I tried it between 50 and 100 times and it did it. Every. Time. I left it on there because nobody was cruising this year anyway but I’ve just started looking at cruises again this past week and guess what, the same problem a year later. I was able find and filter through cruises. Had a huge variety of cruises to shift through. My only suggestions are to allow extra filtration. Rather then a full month of available cruises, where I had to scroll and scroll, (as I wasn't sure if the length of the cruise I wanted), maybe allow us to input a date range that suit our travel needs. Or allow multiple cruise lengths options. And possibly add a currency conversion option. We are shown prices in USD, but are planning this cruise with friends in EURO and AUD, was very time consuming constantly changing apps and working out pricing. ### 5/5 — Love it *2016-09-16, version 4.2* This app makes researching cruise much easier for me and is a quick and easy source for checking ships deck layouts and cabin classes and other info. I love being able to click on a ship and view all of the future itineraries.
