We were told that when we set sail there would be an onboard credit. When we set sail and asked about it, they said they didn’t see onboard credit, only credit toward our next cruise. Save your money and book direct. This company is not honest and isn’t worth your money.

I tried numerous times to book a cruise on my computer, tablet, and cell phone but the site keeps resetting itself. Customer service tries to help but it doesn’t. The issues seem to be around payment options.

The app when you try to see your trips 90%of the time it lags and the screen can not be used. It constantly is loading. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then when trying to make changes to my reservation I get an error message. Horrible unfriendly app. Very frustrating to say the least.

The app won’t let you see your trip and balances most of the time

One common reason for this issue is choosing not to share your email when logging in with Apple - this prevents our system from automatically syncing your bookings. Cruisebound made planning our cruise completely stress-free. The booking process was simple, clear, and fast and the prices were some of the best I found anywhere. Their customer service was excellent too: responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful with any questions I had. From start to finish, everything felt organized and professional. Will definitely be booking future cruises through Cruisebound!
