Last straw was a Tokyo to Vancouver trip they were listing as $800. Click into it, and it's suddenly over $1200. I trusted cruises.com to book my reservation with MSC for an upcoming cruise. Cruises.com had a promotion with cabin upgrade to balcony so I booked and now I’m told I have an inside cabin. This is the first and last time booking through cruises.com. Please be aware. Also, promotions booked with them are all available booking with the actual cruise line and if there is any hiccup with anything, the cruise line is going to divert you back to travel agency which is cruises.com and cruises.com can not help fix the situation. I am now stuck with an inside cabin and both my husband and me are claustrophobic. Kiddos to our 30th anniversary 😔😔😔😔not even excited about my cruise now, almost don’t even want to go now. Getting the correct room is half the worry and with the maps of each level with the cruise rooms is so very valuable! Before I accept a vacation I can make sure the room I get is perfect for my needs. No other app shows the deck and room plans and the cruise lines don’t offer this in their apps. I don’t know why they don’t but it’s important to make sure I’m not directly under the fitness center or below the pool deck. I truly find this app invaluable. I have recommended this to every single cruise loving friend I have! Amazing!
