I used to love crumbl and would come every week UNTIL y’all’s started adding pregnancy craving cookies on the menu! I haven’t been to crumbl and been satisfied since last year! I’m very very sad that I am not able to enjoy your cookies anymore because you’re acting like this your first day on the job. Who suggested these nasty cookies, NO ONE. Other customer came in they spoke to them asked can they take there order am I missing something here I wasn’t rude. The app delegated the delivery to DoorDash. Our driver decided to ghost us and when we tried to contact support, they did not respond to us. We ended up having to contact our local store for a refund. Crumbl took our money and was of no help when we didn’t receive the product we paid for.
