## What is CrumbLog?

CrumbLog is a baking log for sourdough. Log every loaf with its formula, folds, and proof times, rate the crumb, and compare your bakes to see the hydration that made your best. No account, no tracking. Everything lives on your device and in your private iCloud, and syncs across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

BAKER'S PERCENTAGES, DONE RIGHT
Enter flour, water, starter, and salt in grams and CrumbLog folds the levain's own flour and water into the totals, so hydration and salt read true. Every bake shows its hydration, salt, and levain percentages.

A BAKE LOG THAT REMEMBERS
Autolyse, folds, bulk, final proof, bake time, and oven temperature on every loaf, with a crumb photo and a five star rating. The gallery becomes the visual record of your baking.

BEST BAKE COMPARE
CrumbLog plots hydration against the rating you gave each crumb, averages your rating by hydration band, and names the sweet spot. "What made my best crumb" gets an answer from your own loaves.

RECIPE SCALING BY FLOUR WEIGHT
Scale any formula to a new total flour, a target dough weight, or a number of loaves. Every ingredient moves together, so hydration and salt hold exactly.

BAKE DAY TIMELINE
Enter your step lengths and pick when to start or when the bread should come out of the oven. CrumbLog lays out autolyse, folds, shape, proof, preheat, and bake with a time on each step.

STARTER FEEDING TRACKER
Set your feed ratio and CrumbLog turns it into grams on the scale. Log every feeding with rise time and temperature, watch the age climb, and see when the next feeding is due.

ON EVERY SCREEN YOU OWN
CrumbLog syncs across iPhone, iPad, and Mac with iCloud. The iPad layout sets the formula beside the process, with the compare charts side by side.

Free includes 5 bakes with every tool: baker's percentages, recipe scaling, the bake day timeline, the crumb gallery, and the best bake compare. Pro unlocks unlimited bakes, starter feeding reminders, and exports: a printable recipe card PDF for any loaf and a CSV of every bake.
