Only having WhatsApp as the 2FA is really stingy. And even that doesn’t work for me. This app should’ve stayed as an email until it was properly developed and QA’d, and the best thing is they’ve blocked the access card, so we can’t even get in the old fashioned way. ### 1/5 — App not pulling my account plan *2026-01-07* App totally useless. It’s only showing me the one for the old one I used to go to. This is a key factor of information if I decide to re-join. I asked the reception they said they cant fix it. I just go to the classes without booking. Let alone one that requires me to have WhatsApp to. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-01-19* I’ve been on the membership where I can go to different classes and crunch gym locations, however, the new app is showing that I’ve only attended one location and doesn’t show my past check ins for other locations. They also got rid of the option to view multiple locations at once on the classes timetable which was such a good feature on the old app, now you have to switch between the locations in the app and view them individually which makes it harder to remember what classes are on what nights/times so you don’t miss a class you like.
