Last update two days ago got rid of that feature. I understand its for work but it would be amazing if this app or you even made a separate app that allowed users to make accounts for personal business. ### 3/5 — Great for accountability, interface needs some help *2020-04-26* I prefer to take photos in advance to then plug through open tasks once I’m finished, as opposed to just pulling out the app/my device in between everything. Zenput does not make adding photos from my camera roll very easy. It pulls up all of my created albums and I have to scroll all the way down to my “all photos” or “recent photos” to actually find my pictures that need added. Additionally, after finding my picture, the app often takes me through the whole process of adding the photo, and then glitches and doesn’t add the photo. Time is important for my job and for the way that I use Zenput, and every second counts. I love this concept and it’s use, but I would really like to see these bugs fixed. ### 2/5 — Could be better *2018-12-27* Potentially a good app but buggy and not really imput user friendly. If scrolling the my submissions feature it takes you back to the last submission made after you look at any of the previous ones. Very frustrating when trying to find one but not sure when you submitted it. The search function doesn’t work. You have to touch the note field multiple times before it registers. This is only on iOS app as it works perfectly on android. This is happening on several of our company iOS devices so it’s definitely the app. ### 2/5 — Crashing and freezing *2018-04-09, version 5.1.3* I’m having issues with Zenput freezing on iOS having to force close the application and it crashing on Android iOS. I don’t life progress but it’s still annoying to restart the application frequently ### 3/5 — This app was great *2017-12-19* The last update included taking away (or putting somewhere I can’t find) my ability to choose a location and have it put the address into my map on my phone so I could easily GPS it. Now I have to memorize it and put it in myself. If you continue to have problems, please send and email to support@zenput.com, and we will be happy to assist further. ### 1/5 — A complete joke and a waste of time *2017-08-10, version 4.4.0* We use this app for work and it either will not load, will not send the reports, or just crashes. Just today l logged into it on the work computer, since it is not working on my iOS device (iPhone6) or the work Android tablet, and it has been 'loading' for almost two hours now. It is not our internet because that is working perfectly. Basically, don't bother with this app. ### 3/5 — Mediocre at best *2016-11-30* Drop down tabs usually don't work. Many bugs, the UI is decent but could be much better. The GPS is typically off by 1/4-1/2 mile. When taking photos they're always saved in your camera roll, there is no way to turn this feature off. We use this app for work and I end up deleting a 100+ photos from my camera roll every week. That would be amazing and very helpful. Aside from that it’s good. ### 5/5 — It's like a personal assistant who doesn't ask for days off *2016-05-06* We have been using Zenput for two years now. Our ability to gather relevant and timely information from the field has improved 10 fold. We also use it for our routine audits, inspections, and assigning follow up tasks. No more tracking down when someone has completed something, I can just look at Zenput. The alert feature also saves time by copying the right people when a submission meets certain criteria. All these features really save us time. Processes that used to take us weeks, can now be done in days and sometimes hours. The Zenput staff is always quick to respond to their support emails.
