Hey CrunchTime! You need to fix this app! The touchscreen doesn’t work on iOS 18!

Used to love using this app when placing orders and reconciling but ever since I updated to the newest Apple software, the app does not respond. I’ve had to uninstall the app multiple times in order to use it once.

Ever since updating to iOS 18 every time the app is closed out it allows you to sign in but app is frozen. Need to delete and redownload everyday to place orders!!

App is great, but it needs an update. Someone else had the same issues, you can no longer do any touch commands whatsoever. Just loads and that’s it. It’s only this app I’ve noticed that does it.

UPDATE: New update was pushed out and fixed it!! Thank you guys! Works great again!

App is great, but it needs an update. Someone else had the same issues, you can no longer do any touch commands whatsoever. Just loads and that’s it. It’s only this app I’ve noticed that does it.

Works great, but once I updated my phone to iOS 18, the app no longer responds to me at all. It opens, and there’s even a loading graphic and all, but after that, the app no longer responds to any touch commands. I literally was able to use the app to order product for my store 3 days ago.
