I have all notifications on but have not been receiving notifications which can be frustrating when awaiting my schedule. the availability editing feature NEEDS to be fixed. i can’t even do it at all from my phone, if i want any chance of changing it i have to log in thru my laptop ### 2/5 — Have to keep downloading *2026-03-16* I have had this app for almost 3 years now. After about a week or two of being downloaded notifications stopped working. I don’t know when my new schedule comes out or if someone has taken a shift from me without actually signing into the program. It’s tedious, but it becomes annoying re-downloading the app every couple weeks. Please fix the issue. ### 2/5 — Only one problem but I hate it *2025-11-28* The only thing I hate about this app is when I try to change my availability to specific times on each day, it just doesn’t work. It forces me to make my availability all day when I don’t want it to be like that. I really wish they would fix it. Employer has tried to get in contact with Crunchtime, and they just keep giving them the same advice, to redownload the app. I even tried to call, but they said I needed to talk to my employer. I never have written a review before, but I felt the need to because of how bad this app is. My first "issue" was in typing the message alongside a new availability entry. I typed it out and then went back to add a word in, like "issue" was an afterthought here. After each letter, it moved my cursor to the end of the message, which was frustrating. My second was in setting the availability. I had previously said "prefer 5 to 10 pm." I attempted to change it to "available all day." The old overwrote the new, so I could not put "available all day." I finally put "prefer all day" and it told me "prefer 9 to 5, prefer 5 to 10." Why does anything old override anything new? Just have it refresh between each switch, don't track history.
