A larger single purchase to play would be fine… but I don’t have a Crunchyroll sub. I LOVE tactics games and the IP has always been awesome. I got real excited to try this, but I’m locked out. All the bad reviews about save issues are mostly no longer relevant, this issue has been worked on. Don’t quit the game while it is saving or loading; try to go to the title screen before closing if possible. Been playing this game a ton, there are a decent number of problems though. Sometimes the game will lose track of Marcos determination count or if you load a save it will give you extra actions. If you close the game while the loading screen is showing the save will corrupt and you’ll need to redownload it. The game doesn’t do well loading from a game that isn’t closed correctly and the true ending is not possible because it doesn’t keep track of progress correctly. I tried to open it again, made it to the menu, saw that my local save was gone, then re-started the app. Then I kept getting a black screen and couldn’t progress to the menu, which a lot of other reviews also seem to mention. I re-installed the app, which got it to run, except my cloud sync save had also been destroyed.
