My main problem is when I see something exciting, I want to post it to facebook. Alas, there isn’t an option to copy the url of the artical or a “share” feature, so I cannot. Would be great if there were indications of what I’ve already read, filters for news vs opinion pieces, targeted alerts or any kind of search feature. Still, the layout beats their mobile site. ### 4/5 — Should be in Crunchyroll, VRV, Funimation.... *2018-07-24, version 1.3.2* This app should definitely be in Crunchyroll. I was surprised when I saw it as a separate app and think it’s a bit unusual to have a whole separate thing dedicated to news. You should put this in Crunchyroll, VRV, Funimation, etc. it would be a lot more convenient although it does allow me to keep up with the latest anime news from you guys. Please integrate this with your mainstream apps. It would make this easier to find and create more of a “community” feel inside your streaming services. ### 2/5 — App not working since mid-July? *2018-07-20, version 1.3.2* The app keeps thinking that I am not connected to the internet but both my phone and the app appear to be up to date. ### 4/5 — Great news site on Anime and Manga *2018-05-05, version 1.3.2* Only down side is it could use more functionality e.g., search, link for mailing article, and quick scroll to top. Some “bugs” include auto image blow up when highlighting text and no full screen video playback. However I have recently encounter a problem with this version of the app. Upon opening it will crash immediately. Instead you have to go to there web browser and do that stuff. So it's pretty obvious that there intentionally doing this so everyone visits there website to engage with there merchandise and what not or I could be wrong. Oh well. ### 4/5 — Needs Comments *2015-06-16, version 1.03* I like the app since I can access it far easier than the website. It's fast and usually works well. There are times when formatting is an issue but that is somewhat rare. However, the one glaring omission in the app is lack of comments. We want comments! That would probably allow me to give it five stars since I can't rate 4.5. Update: They fixed the app not working or posting anything. Please fix the issue I hate not being updated on anime and manga news ### 3/5 — Enjoy the News But Would Like Sharing Options *2015-05-11, version 1.03* I enjoy getting to scroll through the news on app versus the browser, but if there is an article I want to share, I can't. :( So to share the article if I wanted to, I have to exit the app, get onto browser version of crunchyroll, find the article again, and then share from there. Just don’t bother *2019-11-24, version 2.0* Tried it for 8 months off & on. It’s basic, boring, & no search option. If you see they haven’t updated this in a year. All you do is scroll down and when you read a article the design is bland. I suggest for news just to there website at least you can do all the stuff there. Search, something other than scroll down, the articles look nicer to read, & leave comments. If I could I give this app -10 stars for being this boring & bland. ### 1/5 — Quit working on my phone *2019-03-05, version 2.0* Constant problems. Won’t connect to network and update. Every other app works on my phone except this one. But, every few months the app stops being able to find the network or servers or something. I then wait weeks or months until it starts working again. It really is an awesome source of info that you would have a hard time finding elsewhere. Just recently the app stared crashing constantly but it started crashing at the same time there was a ddos attack on crunchy roll in which all crunchy roll apps quit working so they are not really to blame for the app's crashing.
