## What is CruxLog?

CruxLog brings your climbing log, hangboard timer and strength notes together in one focused app.

LOG WHAT MATTERS
Record boulder and route attempts or sends, multiple grade systems, gym colours, style, wall angle, RPE and notes.

TRAIN WITH STRUCTURE
Configure holds, work/rest intervals, repetitions and sets. Save reusable templates, strength exercises and multi-week cycles.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Review the last 30 days of sessions, attempts, send rate, average effort and highest sends.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
No account, ads, analytics or tracking. Your data stays on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.

CruxLog Pro Lifetime is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited templates and cycles plus custom hangboard and strength tools. It is not a subscription.

CruxLog is a training journal and timer, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent or rehabilitate injury.
