So grateful for this app
Ran over a curb and tire went completely flat instantly. Thankfully a friend told me about this app a few months ago, it completely saved me. The tech arrived within 15 minutes, put on my spare tire with ease and even told me to stay in my car to stay warm. As a mom of young kids and constantly on the go, I’m so grateful an app and service such as this exists. Thank you cruzen!

I locked my keys in my car at a work event. I contacted my service that I pay for monthly and they couldn’t give me an actual or estimated time. They kept say up to 45 min to 2 hours. So I remembered CRUZEN! I downloaded the app.. took a pic of my car and BOOM in THREE MIN! My car was unlocked and ready to go! The mechanic Chris was awesome and I was in touch with him the entire time via the app. (Like an Uber ride)

I just ordered some gas it took an infinite amount of time for the guys to arrive enough time for roadside support to come help me and after I canceled the order it didn’t give me back my money. This is a total rip off 79$
