This app is beautiful in its simplicity. If you are doing the progressive waiting method you can just use the timer on your phone, but this makes it much easier to remember where you are and stay consistent!

This is a very simple and effective app that was instrumental in sleep training my 6 month old. The adjustable timers let us tailor the cry it out method for our baby and kept us honest in sticking to the method. Wonderful app!

I like that the app allows you to change the time periods for waiting but I just got my little guy to sleep and at the end of the wait period the alarm went off and he started crying again. I don't see where I can change the sound. I would much prefer it utilize a vibrate function...
