### 4/5 — Love it but short!

*2020-01-08, version 2.5*

Please make more, these are really fun but this is one is too short. Cryptic Kingdoms is my favorite, in case you wanted to know haha

### 3/5 — Descent graphics and idea but short and linear

*2015-11-19, version 2.5*

The graphics are ok and good idea but every room or area has an average of only one thing/item to interact with or pick up. Most puzzles are very obvious because it usually involves that one item you just picked up. There are many FREE point and click adventure games of the same caliber. Wish I didn't waste the money and am not going to pay for his other games.

### 3/5 — Meh.....

*2015-10-07, version 2.5*

As an avid point and click adventure player, this game was EXTREMELY SIMPLE. The graphics were good and all that jazz.... But it was also soooooo short!! I finished it in less than 30 mins. Not that upset about it but needs to be more challenging and definitely longer.

### 4/5 — Definitely worth buying!

*2013-11-24, version 2.3*

A wonderful point and click adventure game with clever puzzles. Definitely worth buying!

### 4/5 — A thoroughly enjoyable adventure

*2013-09-14, version 2.0*

Good fun. This game has a great balance of challenge and fun. It is not always obvious what to do next, but a little thinking should get you through, and the world is not big enough for you to truly get lost in. All the puzzles were sensible, and the graphical aesthetic was very nice. Only bit of criticism is that it feels a little unpolished, especially the navigation with no indicators marking where the paths to the next screen were, and the single back button to retrace your steps. Overall a good game, and I look forward to the next installment.

### 4/5 — Challenging

*2013-09-05, version 2.0*

I'm a newbie in this genre of games. I enjoy the graphics and unique hideaways. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out where to use the Master Key. I'm very close to the end, but I need help. I enjoy a challenge and don't want walk-through directions, adding some hints would help.

### 4/5 — Not optimized for iPhone 5

*2013-03-05, version 1.8*

Not optimized for iPhone 5. Thanks.

### 3/5 — Good game but...

*2013-02-12, version 1.7*

Poor performance on Iphone 5. Several graphics were skewed.

### 5/5 — You're Killing Me!

*2012-03-30, version 1.4*

Make the sequel. Quick!

### 4/5 — Too short!

*2012-02-29, version 1.2*

Fun game but I beat it in two hours with no hints or walkthrough.

### 5/5 — Good escape room puzzle solving game.

*2012-02-24, version 1.2*

I enjoyed. Isn't as long as others out there but it was fun for me!

### 5/5 — Make more

*2012-02-08, version 1.2*

Wish you'd make another!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Froze up!

*2016-05-23, version 2.5*

Game froze up on me about 3/4th of the way through the game. Disappointed since I paid for it.

### 1/5 — Unsolveable.

*2013-09-11, version 2.0*

I became completely stuck, and when I found a walkthrough online, it turned out I had done everything correctly up until that point, and the game had failed to make the change it needed to make in response to my actions to make so that I could proceed.

### 1/5 — Need help!

*2013-08-23, version 2.0*

There are no walk throughs. I need help!!!!

### 1/5 — Cryptic keep

*2012-07-19, version 1.5*

To many variables making the game nearly impossible to solve. Not worth the money unless you want to be aggravated. You can guess the other game by this company will be the same. Save your money and try another company.

### 1/5 — :(

*2012-01-15, version 1.2*

App keeps crashing. Wasted my dollar :( I want to play !!!

### 1/5 — Way too short

*2011-07-02, version 1.0*

Not worth it IMHO. Short and obvious puzzles.

### 2/5 — Enjoyable up until...

*2014-07-27, version 2.3*

I started playing it, pretty much. Graphics are fuzzy, not optimised for retinal display. Story appears to be continued which may be where it develops more interest. No hints, no map, and puzzles don't truly advance the story in any meaningful way. The developer's Cryptic Caverns is far better.

### 2/5 — So-so at best

*2014-03-08, version 2.3*

Amateur effort with primitive graphics and weak story. Needs a lot of polish.

### 2/5 — Not worth it.

*2012-12-27, version 1.7*

I had to reset the game several times because I missed a step and couldn't advance. Then I carefully used the walk through and in a place where there's supposed to be a key, there just wasn't one! I think if this worked better it might be fun. Also the screen is really unresponsive. I can't even finish the game, don't download this

### 2/5 — Lousy

*2012-03-20, version 1.4*

This game was too short, has a flaw where it finishes the game for you. Totally not worth . 99 for this game. VERY disappointing.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great little game!

*2015-07-08, version 2.5*

Enjoyed playing a game that wasn't to terribly hard. Puzzles were easy for me, unlike some games.

### 5/5 — Great!

*2015-06-25, version 2.5*

Really enjoy your games.

### 5/5 — Iphone 5 bugs cleared up!

*2013-08-07, version 2.0*

I'm glad to see that this keeps getting updated. I think most of the bugs have been sorted out. I hope to see more games of this variety in the future. Really nice work!!

### 5/5 — Loved it

*2013-01-01, version 1.7*

Makes you think and pay attention to your surroundings. Give me more, please.

### 5/5 — Lovegames

*2012-12-14, version 1.7*

Fun game. Rather short - only takes an hour maybe to make it all the way through (I might be slow). But well worth the 99 cents. What else can you do for under a buck?

### 5/5 — Fun!

*2012-11-24, version 1.7*

Great job to developer! Short, but I enjoyed it. Very straightforward, so should be a good fit if you like more simple games (like me).

### 5/5 — EYE CANDY !

*2012-11-13, version 1.6*

• Serene adventure style (like Myst)
• No nonsense puzzles. The answers are in plain sight, somewhere you have already been.
• Like a really good novel, you don't want it to end
• Delicious artistry, both sight and sound. Medieval Zen

### 5/5 — I loved this game!

*2012-10-20, version 1.6*

I was able to get through it without cheating! Took a while to figure it out which is exactly what I wanted. Just started the 2nd game from this company and it is just as good. Just bought the 3rd! Yay!

### 5/5 — Fun and relaxing!

*2012-07-16, version 1.5*

I love games that offer challenge but are not frustrating or too difficult. This game was perfect for me; my granddaughter also enjoyed it! Sequel, please!

Also enjoying Cryptic Caverns by same company!!

### 5/5 — Great little game (SPOILERS after P.S.)

*2012-06-08, version 1.5*

I'm stingy with 5 stars, reserve them for games that outshine all other games. This one comes real close. It makes you think, but is not frustratingly hard. Actually, it's probably easier than most of the escape games. And I love that most of the puzzles are logical. I also love that I didn't have to sort through junk to find the objects I needed. Only one minor drawback, this world was TOO immaculate. A few more things to look at would have made the game perfect.
P.S. If you're stuck on water: Perhaps the horse could use a little water close by?
P.P.S. Perhaps the water might trigger a marker somewhere?
