The premier button doesn’t take me anywhere nor do I see any other way to downgrade. I have written an email to state that I no longer want to use the app but I haven’t received a reply.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify:

1) Subscription Management:  
   Per Apple's requirements, all subscriptions must be managed directly through Apple, not in-app. To cancel:  
   → Go to iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions  
   → Select our app  
   → Choose "Cancel Subscription"  

2) Support Clarification:  
   We've checked our records at [help@cryptoanalysis.ai]] and found no support request from you. Please resend your query to this email for immediate assistance.  

3) Button Functionality:  
   The "Premier" button is not for subscription management (which Apple handles). It directs to premium features for active subscribers.
