They don’t feel the need to post anything. Good: multi account support, notifications for pool hashrate state, what to mine dashboard, a lot of different dashboards and news service. Bad: no Apple Watch compatibility (no complications), unnecessary app data collection, too high price for standard (need to be 0,99), no notification for free for 1 account, need support for more complicated pin when Face ID switch on. The error reason is hiveon pool address formatting requirement. Most probably you didn't notice tip during hiveon account adding "Tip: Miner address should be without 0x". Just remove 0x symbol of your address and all will be functional.
